At Circular IT Group, we help organisations give their IT hardware a second life. Devices that are no longer needed are securely processed, checked and prepared for a new owner somewhere in the world.
Within our auction team, IT hardware is inspected, documented and prepared for international resale through our auction platform. This team plays an important role in the group and works with high volumes of equipment in a fast-moving environment.
We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, works accurately and likes being part of a small and close team.
Inspect incoming IT hardware and check the physical condition of devices
Perform final condition checks before items go to auction
Document the condition of devices clearly and accurately
Take detailed photos of each asset for the auction platform
Check devices for security locks, such as Apple locks or other account restrictions
Prepare equipment so it can be listed on the auction platform by the manager
Work closely with your colleagues to keep the auction process running smoothly
This role involves hands-on work with hardware and can include lifting and moving equipment.
You are comfortable working in English
You work accurately and have an eye for detail
You are a team player who enjoys working in a small, close-knit team
You communicate clearly and work well with colleagues
You can prioritise tasks and stay organised when the workload increases
You are comfortable with physical work
Because of the nature of the work, a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.
