Looking for a strategic Channel Manager to drive vendor partnerships across EMEA. Build strong collaborations and unlock commercial opportunities in the circular IT market.

Job description

As Channel Manager EMEA – Vendor Partnerships, you will be the key contact for our strategic partnerships with leading IT vendors such as IBM, Dell, Nutanix, and HP. You will ensure that collaboration with these partners runs smoothly and contributes to the growth of Circular IT Group across the EMEA region.

In this role, you combine commercial insight with relationship management. You know exactly how to leverage market opportunities together with our partners, set up joint propositions, and successfully manage commercial processes.

What will you do?

  • You develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and their service partners across the EMEA region.

  • You align partner strategies with our business objectives.

  • You deliver presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.

  • You design and implement targeted territory plans based on market analysis.

  • You identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share.

  • You collaborate closely with our Alliances and Sales Engineering teams to successfully close deals.

  • You negotiate and structure partner agreements focused on profitability and long-term collaboration.

  • You initiate and manage joint marketing activities and co-branding campaigns.

Job requirements

Who are you?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in channel management, vendor partnerships, or a similar commercial role.

  • You have a proven track record in managing complex partnerships within an international B2B environment.

  • You have strong commercial skills, are an excellent negotiator, and know how to convince stakeholders.

  • You have experience developing market strategies and territory plans.

  • You are a strong communicator and can convey complex ideas clearly.

  • You enjoy collaborating with various teams (sales, alliances, marketing, engineering) and can easily switch between strategic and operational levels.

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

  • A gross annual salary between €60,000 and €80,000, depending on your experience.
