Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you are the beating heart of our operational processes. You ensure that our teams perform optimally and that we achieve our goals in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and compliance with laws and regulations. You combine analytical skills with decisiveness to improve processes and elevate our organization to the next level.

What Will You Do?

• Lead our operational teams and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.

• Identify bottlenecks in processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Manage operational costs and focus on cost savings without compromising quality.

• Ensure compliance with all Belgian and European laws and regulations, including safety and environmental standards.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, such as clients, suppliers, and other departments.

• Design and maintain all processes within your operations scope according to ISO standards, ensuring compliance and certification.

• Share insights and recommendations with senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Who Are You?

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields like Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics, or have equivalent experience.

• You have at least 5-7 years of experience in an operational role, including 2-3 years in a leadership position.

• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

• You have strong analytical skills and know how to use data to implement impactful improvements.

• You can easily engage with various stakeholders and have a talent for persuasion.

• You possess a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, and you work with precision.
