Are you a skilled and ambitious sales professional ready to lead business development across Europe? At Aliter Networks, we’re expanding rapidly and seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive our growth in key European markets, including the DACH region, France, and Poland. Based in Amsterdam, you will play a critical role in building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the success of our diverse customer base. What will you do?

  • Hunt for new business opportunities in the DACH, French and/or Polish markets, identifying and contacting potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Tailor IT solutions to meet the specific needs of clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and exceed your targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive your own success by consistently meeting and surpassing sales goals.

Job requirements

Who are you:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in sales and a strong track record of achieving your targets.y
  • You're a native-level speaker of German, French, or Polish, with excellent English skills.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, able to build trust and meaningful connections.
  • You’re self-motivated, competitive, and eager to pick up the phone and make things happen.
  • You’re based in or near Amsterdam and excited to work in a hybrid setup (mostly office-based, with some flexibility for remote work after proven performance)
