Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a structured way? In this role, you ensure that everything behind the scenes is accurate before it reaches the customer. From reports to asset valuations, you are the one who keeps the overview and performs the final check.

You make sure our customers can rely on the numbers and reports they receive. At the same time, you play an important role in supporting our sales team and ensuring customers receive fast and accurate responses.
Review and determine the value of IT assets
Support the sales (BDM) team with quotes, pricing, and proposals
Prepare and validate reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
Act as the point of contact for customers regarding valuations and reports
Serve as the final checkpoint within the ITAD process
Work closely with colleagues across sales, planning, and operations
Manage and process administration in ERP systems (FileMaker/Odoo)
Maintain overview while switching efficiently between tasks
Contribute to fast and accurate customer response times
By improving accuracy and response times, you directly contribute to customer satisfaction, deal success, and long-term relationships.
You are detail-oriented and work accurately
You like structure and know how to maintain overview
You can work independently and take ownership
You are eager to learn and develop yourself in a commercial and administrative role
You communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and customers
You speak fluent English, Dutch is a plus
Experience with ERP systems is a plus

A base salary between €2,700 and €3,200 per month, depending on experience.
